Need a Mølby dress and need it quick!?

Say hello to our brand new, fast day delivery service. As all items are handmade to order, our normal delivery service is 2-3 weeks. However, we understand our customers have exciting events/weddings/birthdays coming up and sometimes require their dress sooner - so we thought this service would be a great offering to our wonderful customers!

Simply add the dress you wish to order to your basket, add the date you need the dress by (with a minimum delivery time of seven working days) and add this service to your basket. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order by your requested date, we will contact you as soon as you place your order to make you aware of this and will offer you the option to cancel the order.

• Handwash or dry clean only.
• Hang dry.
• Iron on medium heat.

• If you are purchasing a made to order item, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.
• If you are purchasing an in stock item, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. In stock orders placed after 3pm Friday will be posted the following Monday.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

• Made to order items that are non-customised can be returned within 14 days of receiving for exchange, store credit or alteration only.
• Made to order items that have been customised cannot be returned.
• We DO NOT offer refunds for any made to order item.

IN STOCK ITEMS:

• Full price stock items can be returned within 14 days of receiving for a full refund. 
• Sale stock items can be returned within 14 days of receiving for store credit only.

Please note that due to recent changes in duty, delivery and handling charges, we no longer offer returns on purchases made outside of Europe.

If the returned item is damaged or appears to have been worn we will not be able to accept your return and the item will be returned back to the customer. 

Please note our postage & packaging is free but if an order is returned by a customer any postage charges will have to be paid for by the customer.
